Structured Development Plans, based on job roles, provide a 'competency framework' approach, ensuring that learners are meeting defined training or compliance requirements. Personal Development Plans (PDP) allow tailored individual learning and are created by the user via catalogue searches or manager following a Personal Review evaluation of training needs. Learning Paths provide an index of activities relevant to the business area or career with the organisation.
Learning Manager also allows Learning and Development teams to have full administration control over users, courses and schedules and plan training schedules from automatically generated attendee and waiting lists.
