Often programmers are not involved in a project until the project is scoped and wireframes have been produced.
We like to run workshops with the final user group at various stages throughout a project, to save any “surprises” and help manage user expectations.
Many of our clients choose to incorporate a “Learning Portal” to act as a simplified landing area for their user base which also provides information that would normally be found on an intranet site.
For some clients, where a proportion of their user base have a very specific set of tasks or procedures (an example would be for “on-boarding”), we create Custom Development Plans that provide a bespoke interface for our Learning Management System.
