Following best practice from software development and project management methodologies (RAD, Prince2), we like to keep the scoping and prototype phase of software design as creative and innovative as possible. For this reason, we usually start with pens, pencils and crayons, along with a selected group of “end users”. At this point, no technical constraints are placed on the project, we are confident that anything is possible!
Once a tight scope is defined, combined with signed-off screen concepts, the project then moves onto the build phase which then deals with technical implementation. Our programmers have many years of experience developing across a plethora of platforms, languages and databases.
